First Post!

The concept of recycling vinyl is simple . . . just like the medium it fueled, powered . . . Radio.  Radio was simply a vehicle, a delivery system for the world to receive information and be entertained.  1965 - 1985 were considered the greatest years in radio . . . not to be confused with the Golden Years of Radio . . . before TV (early 1900s).   During the 60s, 70s and 80s Radio was King . . . The VR2 Show celebrates these great years with the music that filled the airwaves and impacted our lives in so many ways . . . We'd love to keep our show relevant, fun and interesting . . . please share your ideas, memories and passions for this medium and the music that made it great.  VR2 is Vintage Rock Radio
